Shipping Information

Our goal is to have your order shipped out within 7 days of your purchase. There is a chance that it may take a few days longer during high order times, such as Christmas and Mother’s Day.

Each item is individually handcrafted and engraved personally by us and takes time to prepare and ship. Please be patient as we do our best to send you a beautiful, quality product.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if for some reason there is an issue with the product you ordered, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.

Cancellations

We work hard to ensure that you have your jewelry on it’s way to you as quickly as possible so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, feel free to contact us within 3 days of purchase.
